Gales Solicitors promote Free Wills Month and urges clients to ensure that their wills accurately reflect their wishes

3rd Oct 2019

Gales Solicitors is taking part in the national initiative ‘Free Wills Month’.  The scheme, which takes place every October, is backed by charities and solicitors ask their clients to consider leaving a donation to a chosen cause when they die.  The Free Wills Month campaign is aimed at people aged 55 and over.

Wills & Probate lawyer at Gales Solicitors, Kathryn Cole has advised, “Failing to prepare a will can leave your assets unprotected and your family's financial future uncertain. It's important to review your will every few years - and after any significant life changes - such as divorce, marriage or the death of a loved one. Make sure it accurately reflects your wishes. At Gales we have been booked to capacity for the Free Wills Month scheme in the first few days of October - this shows how popular the scheme is and also demonstrates that clients wish to use a local, trusted firm when dealing with such an important document.”
