Our usual conveyancing timeline is around 6–8 weeks to exchange of contracts. However, this can vary depending on the length of the chain and the circumstances of the other parties involved.
Our conveyancing fees are based on the sale or purchase price of the property. Our current estimated legal fees start from £1,095 plus VAT for properties valued up to £200,000, with different fee bands applying to higher-value properties.
Yes. We can advise on remortgaging, transfers of equity, lease extensions, equity release, joint ownership and other residential property matters. Our current fee for a remortgage is £650 plus VAT, while a transfer of equity starts from £600 plus VAT, subject to the needs of the matter.
