Have you been reported to your professional body or the DBS?

Have you been reported to your professional body or the DBS?

If you are facing sanctions from your professional body, it is important to take legal advice at an early stage. If a referral has been made to the DBS for inclusion on the DBS Register then it is important that you seek legal advice as early as possible.

Professional Body

Disciplinary hearings can sometimes be avoided if action is taken at an early stage. In most instances, early legal intervention can help you avoid further action or sanctions that may prevent you from continuing with your chosen career.

Here at Gales we understand the impact a referral to your professional body can have on you. We aim to support you through the process by explaining the relevant procedures to you and putting your case forward so that you can have your say.

DBS Referral & DBS Entry

Again in most instances, early legal intervention can help to avoid entry on the Register that may prevent you from continuing with your chosen career.

If you have already been entered onto the Register then legal action can be taken to have your name removed.
